General Features

The advanced and reliable servo punching system automatically selects strokes for materials with different thicknesses, which can be easily processed by special processes, such as louvered windows, knockout holes, etc. The constant punching force in the whole stroke makes the stamping quality very good.
The control system is a special CNC system designed by Siemens AG for punch presses.
The turrets are processed in pairs and adopt the inlaid structure to ensure the coaxiality of the upper and lower molds, which greatly prolongs the service life of the mold. The insert-type structure simplifies the turret structure and prolongs the service life of the turret.
The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used for analysis and calculation to ensure the machine performance and optimize the machine structure.
The large lead ball screw and linear guide are used to ensure the transmission precision and transmission speed, and ensure the running efficiency and running quality of the whole machine.
The use of a hard brush table not only reduces the noise and vibration of the machine, but also protects the surface of the machine.
Three-dimensional software is used for drawing design to ensure the correctness and processing technology of the drawings.
The whole body is welded by a 0-type steel plate, and the whole machine is subjected to double treatment of tempering treatment and vibration aging to completely remove welding stress and machining stress.
The clamp automatic protection function can be used for displacement movement without punching in the protection area to ensure the continuity of the program operation.
Equipped with a centralized lubrication device, the lubricating oil can be directly sent to the lubrication points, which reduces the friction of the movement and improves the service life of the machine.

Structure

Integrated beam structure; integrated design of the carriage and the beam, enhanced rigidity, accurate positioning, and is more stable under the condition of high-speed feeding, which eliminates the dynamic displacement of the X and Y axes of the worktable. The servo turret punch features low noise, high speed, high efficiency etc.

Feeding Platform

Adopt hard brush work table,can effective protect the plate and reduce the noise.ISB locate in the brush,can reduce the friction.Platform can be separate to few parts. Dual-servo motor driven system, adopts large torque direct driven servo motor and driving unit with high overload capacity to realize low energy consumption, high transmission efficiency, reliable performance and convenient maintenance.

Rotating Station

Adopting worm wheel and rod drive mode with high transmission precision; the rotating station is composed of turbine, worm rod, transmission shaft, synchronous gear, gear box etc, and is linearly connected with the servo motor installed in the synchronous gear box, which is synchronous and reliable, and the transmission precision is high.

Pneumatic Clamp

Adopt full float type pneumatic clamp,tight clamping during sheet punching can improve the processing accuracy. The position of the sheet clamps are be set automatically by standard programming. The contact sensors will automatically stop the machine if these sensors detect any movement of the sheet while it is clamped.
